Sarika is an entertainment app to match your face pic with hundreds of celebrities. It helps you find which Celebrity you look like the most.
Advanced Machine Learning algorithms are used to help you get the closest match. All you do is upload your picture using your phone camera and the results are there in seconds.
When you use these services, you’ll share some information with us. This documents describes the information we collect, how we use it, whom we share it with, and the controls we give you to access, update, and delete your information.
Collected Information
* Photographs you provide when you use the App, via your camera. This is then used to generate match results with celebrities and also when you use this to share with other users by explicitly. Once you share your image This image can be veiwed by anyone who has access to the url that you have shared via the app
* App usage and other app data information such as information about how you use the App and interact with us like preferred language, the date and time when you use this app, computer and mobile device operating system type and version number, manufacturer and model, device ID, push tokens, Google Advertising ID, Apple ID for Advertising, browser type, screen resolution, IP address (and the associated country in which you are located), the website you visited before visiting our Site
* Location Information. When you use our services we collect information about your location at a city level. We dont collect you precise location like your neighborhood.
* Age Band. When you use our services we ask you and collect information about your rough age. This is used to filter which celebrities we should try and compare your picture with
* Aggregate Information: "Aggregate Information" is data we collect about a group or category of services or Users from which individual User identities have been removed. In other words, information on how you use the Application may be collected and combined with information about how others use the Application, but no personally identifiable information will be included in the resulting Aggregate Information. Aggregate Information helps us understand trends in our Users' needs so that we can better consider new features or otherwise tailor of the Application or refine our algorithms.
How we use this information?
We will use your personal information for the following

We may share information about you with other users at Sarika. We may share information about you, such as your Nickname, Profile Picture, your City and Language. If you dont want this information to be shared you can change that in your privacy settings.

Your information / data collected by us may be transferred to another company that has acquired our stock or assets, for example, as a result of a sale, merger, reorganization, dissolution or liquidation. If such a transfer occurs, the acquiring company's use of your data / information will still be subject to this Privacy Policy.

How we handle information of children?
* Notwithstanding different definition of “children” in the laws and customs in your place of residence, we regard all persons under 14 year of age as children.
* Except as otherwise stated, our product, website and service are primarily directed to adults. Children shall not create their own user accounts
* We’ll comply with local laws regarding children’s right protection applicable to our product and service (such as Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act of the USA).
* We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe we have collected information from any child in error or have questions or concerns about our any other practices relating to children, please notify us and we will take proper actions to investigate and promptly solve relevant issues In case we find out that we’ve collected children’s information,we’ll make efforts to quickly delete relevant data.
Account Deletion
If you ever decide to stop using Sarika, you can just ask us to delete your account. Keep in mind that, while our systems are designed to carry out our deletion practices automatically, we cannot promise that deletion will occur within a specific timeframe. There may be legal requirements to store your data and we may need to suspend those deletion practices if we receive valid legal process asking us to preserve content, if we receive reports of abuse or other Terms of Service violations, or if your account or content created by you is flagged by our automated systems for abuse or other Terms of Service violations. Finally, we may also retain certain information in backup for a limited period of time or as required by law.
Revisions to the Privacy Policy
We may change this Privacy Policy from time to time. But when we do, we’ll try our best to let you know one way or another.
